Our committed, passionate associates team up to make a difference in our community and the world by supporting a variety of important causes.

SmartHearts started in 2004 as an employee program to assist one another and the community in times of need. Its impact and involvement continues to grow each year. Through volunteerism and monetary donations, our employees help support HomeBase Youth Services, Give Kids A Smile, The Wellness Community, United Blood Services, American Cancer Society, Arizona Women's Employment and Education (AWEE), Packages from Home and many other organizations.
Pink Ribbon Products support the fight against breast cancer. SmartPractice donates a portion of the proceeds from every Pink Ribbon product sold to support breast cancer research.

SmartPractice responds to the global need for medical, dental and infection control supplies by partnering with organizations that act as first responders in times of crisis. One of these partners is MAP International, founded in 1954 as Medical Assistance Programs; it is now a top 100 non-profit that promotes the total health of impoverished people in more than 115 countries.

The proceeds from fundraising using Café Por Favor Coffee benefit a rural hospital and mobile dental clinic in Honduras. Volunteer physicians, dentists and hygienists have been running this philanthropic program for more than 20 years.
From simple, everyday habits to complex manufacturing processes, we're always looking for ways to lessen our footprint while maintaining the quality and value our customers have come to expect. Here are just a few of the ways we've gone green:

Most of our patient communications products are printed on recycled paper stock using soy-based inks.
Every month our corporate office saves over 35 pounds of waste from heading to a landfill. Since 2008, we've converted it into over $93,000 for various charities.
From biodegradable dental supplies to earth-friendly cleaning products, we try to give our customers as many eco options as possible.
Each time an employee commutes to work via public transportation, walking or biking, they earn $1. By maximizing the program, they can earn up to $20 per month.
