We are currently seeking a full-time Inbound Sales and Customer Service RepresentativesProcessing customer orders via phone, fax & mail, place outbound calls, presenting additional product in cross/suggestive selling fashion, answering product, order & account inquiries.
Available for hours of operation: Mon-Fri 6:00am-6:00pm (during Daylight Saving Time); Mon-Fri 5:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Processing customer orders accurately via phone, fax and mail
- Placing follow-up calls
- Presenting additional product in cross/suggestive selling fashion
- Answering product questions and account inquiries
Essential functions of the job (in order of importance):
- Process customer orders via phone, fax and mail / Update all areas of Tesla with office information, etc.
- Be knowledgeable and updated on our products and services.
- Answer product, order and account inquiries. Address customer complaints and adverse action. Document as necessary.
- Implement a Cross/up and suggestive sell of a complimentary product or marketing driven promotions.
- Assist fellow inbound and sales representatives as necessary.
- Work on special projects as requested or required.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum high school diploma or GED
Experience (work or education): Strong attention to detail & experience in order entry in a fast paced business environment
Characteristics: Maintain a professional attitude at all times, flexible, team player, dependable; can work efficiently & accurately.
Skills Needed:
- Computer proficiency;
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail and experience in order entry in a fast paced environment;
- Able to work independently with good follow-through;
- Ability to multi-task;
- Able to use good judgment when working with service issues;
- Organizational skills are a must;
- Maintain a high level of patience
- Required to maintain an acceptable attendance record;
- Strong computer skills including typing ability and e-mail competence. Familiar with right fax;
- Sustain a cooperative working relationship with co-workers in a team environment.
